Wow! I am so super impressed! I figured that the gift certificate my mom had sent to my 7 year old son in June was long gone. I must have deleted it by accident, so you can imagine my surprise when I received your email with the gift certificate included.
Thank you so very much. Not only that but the email was warm and friendly. You don't find such excellent costumer service very often. You can be sure I will purchase from your website often because of such wonderful costumer service (and of course all the cute things you have available!).
