Projects posted online must be saved in a secure or 'flat' format (ie. PDF or jpg) that protects DJ Inker's images from being duplicated off your project. Projects may include: school worksheets, lesson plans, greeting cards, decorations, scrapbooks, educational websites, etc. Please read full terms to be sure your desired usage is on the allowed list before purchasing.
DJ Inkers' clip art and fonts may not be used to create business identifying products (ie. logos, business websites etc.) without special permission. However, we do offer a customized 5 image mascot/logo package or we'll gladly send you an estimate for a single business logo, custom graphic or graphic design layouts. DJ Inkers' VIP Commercial License is for small businesses and sole proprietors only, not for mass production, publishers, large corporations or manufacturers. If DJ Inkers' VIP License Agreement does not include your desired usage, please contact us to discuss the details of your project or business needs.
This VIP license is to allow ONE user to create & sell derivative designs (projects made with DJ Inker's clip art &/or fonts). You only need to purchase this license if you are using the art for extended commercial uses (listed below) or selling your projects on a larger scale (producing 250+ of one tangible derivative product), or if sales of one digital derivative product exceeds 500 (total sales combined from all websites & venues).
The VIP license extends the terms of use on DJ Inkers' clip art and/or fonts, for the user to create and sell: embroidery patterns, self published books and print-on-demand products, as long as visible credit to DJ Inkers is given for clip art &/or fonts used on the product. This can be a credits page, tag, sign, labels &/or product description.
DJ Inker's VIP commercial license is effective for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser. All derivative projects created and posted for sale by that purchaser are covered under this license. This license will allow you (the purchaser) to design & sell projects to customers that will be the end user of the product. You may NOT sell your designs to a company or another individual seller for any reason.
Venues to sell from include, but are not limited to: Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, Boom Learning, Teacher's Notebook, craft fairs, blogs, non-profit sites and more.
